Tricep Curl - Integrated w/ Tubing**

Change Angle Of Band/Tubing 

 

 

 

    Preparation:

·         Stand tall, in neutral spine as pictured.

     Movement :

·         Flex and extend the elbow to desired reps.

 

     

      Benefits:

·         Strength of the triceps as well as an integrated core stability component.

 

     Pre-Requisites:

·         It may be beneficial to stretch out the lats prior to this exercise to prevent the inevitable compensation of the low back.
