Gold package:

 Employees may enroll for the next year with no enrollment fees and only pay $29.99 per month. No contract. First and last month due when joining. Employee may cancel at anytime. ----Cost to company $399

2.      Silver package:

If 10 or more employees join in the first month, no cost to the company.

Same terms apply as in Gold package.
